MESA Housing Industries Corporation was founded in 1969 to meet the demand for quality housing within enhanced living environments. It has extended and diversified its business into various new members and now is a group. Today, MESA group, with the capacity of 1500 workers, is comprised of 12 companies, and 4 plants, 1 touristic facility, 1 health facility, 2 shopping centers, 1 sports center and 5 partnerships and 3 joint ventures in numerous fields.

Construction-Investment Group is comprised of 1 domestic and 3 overseas companies. It is responsible for constructing all kinds of building and infrastructure plants. 3 Partnerships and 3 joint ventures have directed their resources into new opportunities provided through the union of forces under MESA.

Industrial Group is comprised of 1 company and 4 plants. This Group is responsible for producing primarily tunnel forms together with all kinds of moulding steel, wire mesh; wood, PVC and aluminium joinery; all kinds of standard and special building components of reinforced concrete and facade elements.

Tourism Group contributes to the tourism sector of Turkey within 2 companies and 1 touristic facility.

Design Group undertakes the design works by 1 company.

Services Group is comprised of 3 companies and 1 facility. While two of the companies in this group serve within the environmental arrangement and administration sector, the third one serves within the insurance sector as an insurance broker. Today, one of the associated companies under this group is operating a shopping center.

The Group's first attempt in the health sector is made by 1 company. Also 1 fitness center is ready in service and the hospital will be in service towards the end of 2004.

Besides all these services mentioned, the issues concerning the housing are given priority in the activity fields of the Group. For over 30 years, MESA has earned respect and success in the housing sector through its commitment to retained experience in design, construction and management.
